Black-crowned Night Heron was the words spoken down the phone to me this morning which got my attention even though I'd only been in bed a cpl of hours after my night shift!! even better it was on Seeswood Pool a few txts & tweets later I was on site & having good views of a 2nd Summer bird which although was on the opposite side of the pool I still managed some reasonable images!! Only my 2nd in Warwickshire not counting the escaped bird from a few winters back in nearby Atherstone..... Many thanks to Alvin Burton for the call.....
