A trip down to Oxfordshire today for some Butterflies 2 of which were new for myself,Picked John Liggins & Alvin Burton up on route then took the leisurely drive down to Jnc 6 of the M40 to Aston Rowant NNR where we were soon having great views of our first target species Chalk-hill Blue next on the list was Silver-spotted Skipper which were a little more tricky to pin down but as it warmed up more & more appeared!! other species seen were Marbled White,Brown Argus,Small Heath & some of the more common species...
